8 fresh eggs
1 yogurt strained Total 2%
2 tablespoons fresh butter
½ cup chopped parsley
1 pinch chilli or sweet chilli
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
Put thebutter to burn in a wide pan. Add the eggs, add salt and fry as we like. When it is almost ready, pour the yogurt mixed with garlic. Bake for 2-3 minutes more and bring down the pan from the heat. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper and finally squeeze over the lemon.
